Laura Westman, PCC (she/her) is a professional coach, leadership trainer, and artist. Laura became a coach by way of teaching improv classes, where she catalyzed transformation and imagination in her students from day one. Laura is a Program Leader at Accomplishment Coaching, where she trains coaches and develops the ontological leadership of other coaches as they carve their path. In her own practice, she supports artists, creative directors and executives in the fullest expression of their leadership and legacy. Laura has been on the leadership track at Accomplishment Coaching since graduating from the training program in 2013, and has served and supported on AC teams in NYC, Chicago, DC, San Diego and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Laura is the head of the international affiliate coach program at Accomplishment Coaching, serving AC coaches across the globe as they expand and grow in their businesses and impact. Laura holds the credential of PCC from the International Coach Federation.
Brittany Cotton specializes in leadership, mindset, and executive coaching. She has worked with leaders at Facebook, Microsoft, LiveNation, and Lyft. Her private practice consists of entrepreneurs, professors, and former professional athletes. She is the Chief Registration Officer, and a Program Leader with Accomplishment Coaching, and holds the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation. She doesn’t stop at co-creating with others one-on-one, her wit, pointed mind, and loving heart drives her to publish stories and opinion pieces that wedge themselves into your psyche, inspiring you to take action in your life, and the world around it.
